JD - Merchandising Executive 

Location: Mumbai 

Role Overview 

The Merchandising executive will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the merchandising strategy for our premium gift hampers. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities

  Merchandising Strategy: Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with the brand's premium positioning and business objectives. 

 Data Analysis: Conduct regular sales and trend analyses, using data to make informed merchandising decisions and identify growth opportunities.

  Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and logistics teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and effective online merchandising. 

 Customer Insights: Leverage customer feedback and purchase behavior data to refine and enhance product offerings.

  Reporting: Regularly report on key merchandising KPIs, including sales performance

  Key Qualifications

 Experience: 1-2 years in merchandising, preferably within the premium or luxury D2C segment; experience in online consumer tech or e-commerce is a plus. 

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 

 Skills: o Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making. o Proficiency in merchandising systems. o Deep understanding of luxury and premium consumer markets. o Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for product curation. 

 Personal Qualities: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with an eye for emerging trends and a drive to exceed sales targets.
