adherence to local ordinances and regulatory requirements
- Minimize
lease lapse rates
- Reduce
turnover costs
- Track
and enhance overall profitability
- Ensure
all payments are made on time.
Essential Key Skills:
- Proficiency
in QuickBooks Online
- Intermediate
expertise in Excel
- Strong
customer service skills, etiquette, and responsiveness
- Competency
in lease and contract development and management
- Proficiency
in project tracking and management
- Knowledge
of legal compliance and permits
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience
in handling deeds and mortgage budgeting
Qualification:
- Bachelors
in finance, or a related field.
- Minimum
2 ‘year’s relevant experience in the finance Assistant.
Working Condition:
- 5 –
days working model*
- 1
Saturday working each month for social or internal event
- Full-time
position aligned with the EST time zone.
