Key Responsibilities: 

 -Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner 

- Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets, promoting products and services, and identifying new sales opportunities 

- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to offer personalized solutions 

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers

Requirements: 

- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills - Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office applications, and sales software
