Mis executive -
Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Management o Maintain and update the sales database with accurate and timely information.
o Organize and manage sales data, ensuring it is easily accessible for analysis and reporting.
2. Report Generation: o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review. o Generate and analyze MIS reports, including sales performance, customer trends, and productwise analysis. o Create dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Sales Analysis: o Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. o Provide actionable insights to the sales team and management to optimize sales performance.
4. Coordination: o Liaise with the sales team to collect and verify data accuracy. o Coordinate with the supply chain, finance, and production teams for seamless sales operations.
5. Process Improvement: o Recommend and implement process improvements based on data insights. o Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in reporting. 6. System Management: o Work on software/tools like MS Excel, SAP, or CRM systems for data analysis and reporting. o Ensure the proper functioning of MIS tools and systems.
Qualifications and Skills: • Education: Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration/IT; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 4–6 years of experience in sales reporting, MIS management, or related roles in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Technical Skills: o Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and other analytical tools. o Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems like Field Assist, SAP, Tally, or similar.
o Strong data visualization skills (e.g., dashboards, charts). • Analytical Abilities: o Ability to interpret data and provide insights for decision-making. o Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Soft Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience in FMCG, food products, or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of sales processes and supply chain management.
