Job Description:

JD - Relationship Manager (Field Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, industry events, etc.).
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
    • Research and identify potential clients within target markets.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

    • Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
    • Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
    • Present proposals and negotiate contracts to close sales.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure the successful delivery of products/services.
  • Sales Targets and Quotas:

    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Track progress against sales goals and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
    • Provide regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, and sales activities.
  • Market and Product Knowledge:

    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
    • Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition.
    • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to provide customer feedback and support.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • 12th / Any Graduate.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 1-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industry
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
  • Other:

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to travel (if required).
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
