KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, contracts, and legal documents. 

• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and NBFC regulations. 

• Provide legal advice on loan recovery, disputes, and corporate governance. 

• Assist in handling litigation, loan defaults, and dispute resolution. 

• Conduct legal research on NBFC-related laws and manage risk assessments. 

• Maintain corporate filings and regulatory documentation. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Education: LLB (mandatory), LLM (preferred). 

• Experience: 1-2 years in NBFC or financial sector legal roles. 

• Skills: Expertise in NBFC regulations, corporate law, and contract management.
