Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: HRIS Implementation and Management ● Oversee the implementation, configuration, and management of Keka HRIS to address organizational needs. ● Ensure data accuracy and system integrity while leveraging HRIS for efficient workflows. ● Work with Keka support to resolve system issues promptly. HR Operations ● Manage key HR operations, including: ○ Payroll and benefits administration. ○ Attendance and leave management. ○ Employee onboarding and offboarding. ○ Policy administration and compliance. ○ Conflict resolution and grievance management. Performance Management and Appraisals ● Design and execute an effective performance management system using Keka HRIS. ● Facilitate goal-setting, periodic reviews, and appraisals to support employee growth and alignment with organizational objectives. ● Use performance data to identify trends and recommend training or development interventions. Training and Development ● Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with department heads to address skill gaps. ● Design and deliver tailored training programs, including technical, compliance, leadership, and soft skills development. ● Leverage Keka HRIS to monitor training participation, effectiveness, and ROI. ● Foster a culture of continuous learning and development through workshops, e-learning, and self-paced modules. Employee Engagement and Relations ● Implement programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. ● Address employee feedback and ensure transparent communication channels for improving engagement and satisfaction. ● Organize employee events and initiatives to boost team morale. Policy Development and Compliance ● Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with organizational goals and labor law requirements. ● Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including ESI, PF, and other legal standards. Compensation and Benefits Management ● Oversee payroll processing and ensure the timely and accurate administration of benefits. ● Evaluate and enhance compensation and benefits structures to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness. Data Analysis and Reporting ● Generate insightful HR reports and metrics to support leadership in decision-making. ● Monitor trends related to training, performance, retention, and engagement to recommend strategic improvements. Process Optimization ● Continuously assess and enhance HR workflows using Keka HRIS functionalities. ● Stay updated on the latest trends and features in HR technology to drive operational efficiency. Training and Support ● Provide hands-on training for HR team members and employees to maximize the usage of Keka HRIS. ● Develop user-friendly guides and documentation for seamless adoption of HRIS processes.
