HIRING FOR BRANCH MANAGER

Location - Vishakhapattam, Andhra Pradesh

CTC - Upto 7 LPA

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and motivate the branch team to meet sales and customer service targets.

• Self source business to generate sales

• Operate the branch based on P&L model

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve branch goals.

• Increase the number of distribution channels

• Manage branch finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in branch management or financial services.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful teams.

• Strong understanding of NBFC operations.

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. • Willing to travel.
