Production Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing process of pressure vessels, reactors, and heat exchangers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, quality assurance, and team leadership in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning & Management:
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal production capacity utilization.
2. Process Supervision:
• Supervise the fabrication, assembly, and testing of pressure vessels, reactors, and heat exchangers.
• Ensure adherence to ASME, API, and other industry standards.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.

• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet stringent safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits during various production stages.
5. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
• Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Address and mitigate risks in the production process.
6. Inventory & Material Management:
• Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of raw materials and components.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for timely material delivery.
7. Reporting & Documentation:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in manufacturing or production, particularly with pressure vessels, reactors, and heat exchangers.
• In-depth knowledge of welding, machining, and fabrication processes.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and production planning software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
