Job Description: Talent Acquisition Executive/Senior Executive Retail HR (Nashik) Position: Talent Acquisition Executive/Senior Executive​ Location: Nashik​ Experience: 1 to 3 years​ Salary: 3LPA to 4 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Can Only Apply Key Responsibilities: 1.End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Identify and attract top talent using job boards, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
2.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with recruitment needs. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on hiring progress.
3.Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely feedback to candidates at all stages.
4.HR Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and implement best practices. Support the development of recruitment strategies tailored to business needs.
5.Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Prepare recruitment reports, including metrics on time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
6.Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice. Represent the company at campus hiring events, job fairs, and industry networking events. Qualifications & Skills: ∙Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
∙1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
∙Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
∙Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∙Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
∙Proficient in MS Office and experience with ATS or HRIS systems is a plus.
