Roles and Responsibilities 1. Publishing and Marketplace Management: o Handle the end-to-end process of publishing books on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces. o Ensure books are uploaded with accurate metadata, pricing, and descriptions. o Monitor and update listings as needed for improved visibility and sales. 2. Author Relations: o Act as the first point of contact for authors, addressing their queries promptly and professionally. o Guide authors through the publishing process, ensuring they understand timelines, deliverables, and requirements. o Provide updates to authors regarding the status of their projects. 3. Coordination Across Departments: o Liaise between editorial, design, marketing, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects. o Track and communicate project timelines, identifying and addressing any potential bottlenecks. o Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotional plans align with publishing schedules. 4. Data Management and Reporting: o Maintain accurate records of published titles, author contracts, and other critical documentation.
