Questt uses AI to create personalized study plans consisting of a time table, quizzes and learning material empowering you to achieve your personal best in your exams stress-free.

Your job as a BDM is to identify sales leads, pitch our product to new clients, schedule and conduct student orientations, and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts/schools. Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Meeting schools and pitching Questt: Unique Study Plan
  • Creating and managing top level sales funnel and generate leads
  • Scheduling meetings/calls for students’ orientation for Std 6th to 12th
  • Conducting student orientations in an effective manner while ensuring maximum possible conversions into sales
  • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
  • Manage ISMs team to achieve their sales targets
  • Work well with change and able to generate new ideas for program
  • Managing customer and channel affiliated relationship with client
  • Review your own sales performance, aim to meet or exceed targets.

 

Requirements

 

  • 5 + years experience in a sales role with schools, preferably in ed-tech and having a client base

(having direct relationship with the school management) of around 100-150 schools in their region.

  • Detailed understanding of the principles of sales
  • Having experience of conducting student orientations in schools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales quotas
  • Ready to travel every day.
