  1. Recruitment and Staffing
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
    • Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
    • Maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs and succession planning.
  2. Employee Relations
    • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
    • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
    • Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication and teamwork.
    • Assist in conflict resolution and mediate disputes between employees or between employees and management.
  3. Performance Management
    • Coordinate the performance appraisal process, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
    • Work with managers to develop performance improvement plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees.
    • Monitor and track employee performance, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
    • Support the implementation of employee development programs, such as training and career growth initiatives.
  4. Compliance and Legal
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
    • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, contracts, and attendance records.
    • Prepare and submit reports to government authorities, such as labor department filings and statutory compliance reports.
    • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
  5. HR Administration
    • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.
    • Oversee the maintenance of HR databases and systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
    • Coordinate and assist with HR-related projects, such as employee surveys, diversity initiatives, and organizational development.
  6. Training and Development
    • Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
    • Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
  7. Employee Engagement
    • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, employee recognition programs, and company celebrations.
    • Promote a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission.
    • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organization.
