• Post job openings on portals and social media, screen resumes, source profiles, and
schedule interviews.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate with Hiring Managers for
subsequent rounds.
• Negotiate salaries, finalize candidates, and ensure smooth onboarding, including the
issuance of offer and appointment letters.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, such as offer letters, experience letters, and
increment letters.
• Manage monthly MIS reporting and analyze recruitment data to improve hiring
processes.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, enhancing workplace culture and
motivation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill hiring requirements, maintaining open
communication channels.
• Administer payroll coordination and ensure timely, accurate salary disbursements.
• Conduct exit interviews, manage exit formalities, and collect valuable feedback for
continuous improvement.
