Position - Fresher Company Secretary/ Experienced Company Secretary.*

The opportunity includes executing and monitoring compliance with various directions and notifications issued by the Reserve Bank of India and the National Housing Bank, along with responsibilities in corporate governance, company secretarial functions, and corporate legal matters.

💡Key Areas / Job Description:-

• Manage all applicable compliance requirements under the Companies Act, including filings, reporting, and governance.
  
• Support the Board in maintaining corporate governance and meeting regulatory standards.
  
• Conduct the Board Meetings, Committees Meetings, and General Meetings and ensure allied compliances.
  
• Prepare and file statutory documents with MCA, ROC, and NHB.
  
• Maintain accurate corporate records, including minutes, resolutions, and registers.
  
• Support periodic compliance audits, assisting in RBI and NHB’s Audits, Inspection and Review.
  

🎓Company Secretary : A Qualified Company Secretary holding a membership number (with 0-1 years of experience)
