 Roles and Responsibility 

- -Screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates

. -Co-ordination and follow up for the requirement. 

-Consulting with members of the applicable team to obtain their input on potential hires.

 -Employee joining documentation, entry and exit formalities.

 -Conducting background checks to ensure that candidates are fit for appointment. 

-Meeting with and interviewing shortlisted individuals. 

-Selecting the most suitable candidates and providing them with job offers. 

-Scheduling training and orientation for new employees. (Internal Hire)

 -Bulk hiring
