Job Description:

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that customers receive exceptional service, handling queries, resolving issues, and providing product or service-related information. You will use your communication skills and customer-centric approach to deliver outstanding support.

Key Responsibilities:

 Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.

 Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

 Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions.

 Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary.

 Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

 Contribute to team performance and support business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in any field is a must for the role.

 Fluency in English: Must meet Vasant 6 level or above in case person coming from Insurance domain, Versant level 5 can also be accepted.

 Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.

 Motor Insurance Background, Life Insurance, Health Insurance would be an added advantage

 Previous experience in customer service roles and any Insurance background is preferred
