As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that customers receive exceptional service, handling queries, resolving issues, and providing product or service-related information. You will use your communication skills and customer-centric approach to deliver outstanding support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Contribute to team performance and support business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field is a must for the role.
Fluency in English: Must meet Vasant 6 level or above in case person coming from Insurance domain, Versant level 5 can also be accepted.
Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
Motor Insurance Background, Life Insurance, Health Insurance would be an added advantage
Previous experience in customer service roles and any Insurance background is preferred
