Key Responsibilities
- Product Promotion: Actively promote men’s innerwear products to customers in retail stores, malls, or events.
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales goals and contribute to the store's revenue.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, fabric types, sizes, and benefits to provide accurate information.
- Merchandising: Ensure products are well-displayed, organized, and appealing to customers.
- Inventory Monitoring: Keep track of stock levels and inform management of replenishment needs.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on products and relay it to the management team.
- Cross-Selling: Suggest complementary products to enhance the customer’s purchase experience.
- Compliance: Maintain professionalism, follow store policies, and adhere to company standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail sales or promotions (preferably in fashion or innerwear).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
