·         Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

·         Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

·         Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
