Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be a pivotal part of Enparadigm’s growth trajectory, driving strategic B2B and enterprise sales initiatives. This role involves engaging with top-tier clients, delivering tailored SaaS-based gamification solutions, and contributing to Enparadigm’s ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify, prioritize, and pursue high-value enterprise accounts.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across industries.
Understand client challenges and recommend innovative gamification solutions.
Market Development:
Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Represent Enparadigm at industry events and conferences.
Collaborative Sales Execution:
Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, and delivery) to ensure seamless client onboarding and implementation.
Provide insights to enhance product offerings based on client feedback.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and report sales metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Deliver accurate sales forecasts and strategic insights to leadership.
Key Requirements
Experience: 8+ years in B2B and enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven domains.
Skills:
Proven expertise in consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with SaaS, gamification technologies, or enterprise performance enhancement tools is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
