Pantry Maintenance:
- Keep the pantry area clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
- Ensure proper sanitation of utensils, appliances, and pantry surfaces.
Beverage & Food Preparation:
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages as per requirements.
- Assist in arranging and serving snacks or meals during meetings or events.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor pantry supplies and ensure stock availability.
- Replenish pantry items such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and snacks as needed.
- Coordinate with the administration team to restock supplies.
Support to Staff and Guests:
- Serve beverages to staff and visitors courteously and promptly.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms with refreshments.
General Assistance:
- Support housekeeping staff in maintaining overall cleanliness of common areas.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the administration or facilities management team.
