Job Description:

 Monthly Audit and health check of all Ecommerce channels – Website, Msite, App, and whatsapp 

 Daily tracking of traffic and conversions across all channels, and reporting the same. 

 Bi-monthly/ Monthly reporting of user acquisition, profile, sources of acquisition and conversion, acquisition by platforms, channels, devices, country, etc 

 Website analytics in terms of Bounce rate, page views, time spent, etc 

 Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels 

 Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including Search, Remarketing, Facbook CPC, Promoted Posts, Google click to call, App install, GDN, Affiliate network marketing, Lookalike, GMB marketing and SEO 

 Execute all in-house campaigns including Whatsapp broadcast, SMS, Email marketing 

 Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) 

 Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights 

 Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies 

 Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests 

 Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience 

 Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points 

 Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners 

 Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate 

 CRM / Loyalty Analytics – identify trends in major customer cohorts 

 CRM / Loyalty Analytics – Identify niches / untapped segments of customers for potential to upgrade spends / increase frequency 

 CRM / Loyalty Analytics – Data analysis to understand reasons for degrowth in store/region/category.
