Business Development Executive / Manager 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -

 1. Sales & Business Growth  Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the housing loans and LAP market by targeting potential customers and exploring new channels of acquisition. 

 Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for housing loans and LAP products.  Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition by converting leads into sales, ensuring that the company's loan products are positioned effectively in the market.  

Sales Presentations: Present housing loan and LAP offerings to potential customers through meetings, calls, and presentations. 

 Revenue Growth:

 5. Stakeholder Coordination

 6. Reporting & Analytics  Sales Reporting: Maintain records of daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities,

 7. Compliance & Regulations  Regulatory Knowledge: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and laws related to housing loans and LAPs.  

 Key Skills for a BDM in Housing Loans & LAP: 

 Strong understanding of housing loan products, terms, and processes.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 

 Ability to build and maintain client relationships. 

 Knowledge of financial products, banking regulations, and lending policies
