Roles & Responsibilities: ● Conduct market research to identify target audiences and develop marketing strategies ● Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, Instagram Ads, etc. ● Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars for social media platforms ● Create and distribute engaging content such as blogs, infographics, videos, and press releases ● Explore and facilitate collaborations and partnerships with industry cohorts. ● Conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns across all forms: organic, paid, collabs, etc. ● Conduct SWOT analysis of the company's current digital marketing and advise a strong plan to overcome the shortcomings. ● Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities. ● Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability ● Support marketing/PR team at live and online events
