What will you do?
• Strategize and identify enterprises within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance seeking
capability building in their workforce.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the BFSI industry, including market dynamics,
competitive landscape, and key industry players.
• Leverage industry knowledge to identify potential clients and pitch tailored solutions to senior-level
executives (CXOs, HR heads, and decision-makers).
• Generate leads from marketing and lead-generation efforts.
• Strategically plan and prioritize travel schedules to maximize face-to-face interactions with C-level
executives of target enterprises.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their
objectives.
• Implement rigorous follow-up strategies to convert leads into successful business engagements.
• Consistently meet targets for input activities, conversions, and revenue.
