1. Customer Interaction: 

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and calls promptly and professionally.

 • Guide users in navigating and using the platform effectively 2. Problem Resolution:

• Address technical issues, account-related concerns, and subscription queries. 

• Escalate unresolved issues to the technical or operations team as needed. 

3. Feedback Collection: 

• Gather user feedback and share insights with the product and content teams to improve the platform. 

4. Knowledge Management: 

• Maintain an updated knowledge base and FAQs for customers.

 • Stay informed about new features, courses, and updates on the platform. 

5. Upselling and Retention: 

• Proactively assist customers in upgrading to premium plans or renewals.

 • Assist in retaining customers by offering suitable solutions..
