Position Overview
The Company Secretary will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and implementing best practices in corporate governance. The ideal candidate will support the board of directors, manage secretarial activities, and ensure adherence to the laws governing the organization.

Corporate Governance
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
Advise the board on their roles and responsibilities, ensuring adherence to corporate governance standards.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
Proficient in MS Office and legal software.
