Minimum of 5 years of experience in FiServ DNA, with roles spanning both technical and functional areas.

Salary range upto 30lpa

 

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Responsibilities:

1. Development and Customization:

• Design, develop, and deploy customizations and enhancements in the FiServ DNA platform.

• Create and maintain interfaces with external systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.

2. Technical Support:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FiServ DNA, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Optimize system performance and maintain system integrity through regular monitoring and updates.

3. Integration:

• Develop and manage integration solutions between FiServ DNA and third-party tools/ applications.

• Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across platforms.

4. Documentation:

• Prepare technical documentation, including code comments, design specifications, and user manuals.

Functional Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Analysis:

• Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical designs.

2. System Configuration:

• Configure FiServ DNA modules to align with banking operations and business workflows.

• Customize workflows, parameters, and system settings to meet functional requirements.

3. Testing and Validation:

• Develop and execute test plans for system modifications and upgrades.

• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business needs.

4. User Support and Training:

• Provide functional support to end-users and resolve issues promptly.

• Deliver training sessions and create user-friendly guides for system navigation and usage.

 

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FiServ DNA, with roles spanning both technical and functional areas.

• Proven track record of working on end-to-end implementation, customization, and support projects

 

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, and SQL.

• Hands-on experience with FiServ DNA architecture, APIs, and data models.

• Familiarity with integration tools, web services (SOAP/REST), and ETL processes.

 

Functional Skills:

• In-depth understanding of banking operations, workflows, and compliance standards.

• Experience configuring core banking modules and resolving functional issues.

• Proficiency in creating detailed business and functional documentation.

 

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and business teams.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in FiServ DNA, software development, or business analysis.

• Experience in Agile development and project management tools.

• Knowledge of financial regulations and data governance best practices.
