Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage WordPress websites and plugins.

• Customize themes to meet specific project requirements.

• Optimize websites for performance, security, and responsiveness.

• Integrate APIs and third-party services into WordPress websites.

• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and conflicts.

• Work closely with the design team to implement website designs.

• Ensure adherence to SEO and web accessibility standards.

• Perform regular updates, backups, and maintenance of WordPress sites.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with popular WordPress plugins and tools (e.g., Elementor, WooCommerce, Advanced Custom Fields).

• Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Experience with database management and MySQL.

• Familiarity with website optimization techniques and tools (e.g., caching, image compression). • Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

• Ability to debug and troubleshoot code effectively.

• Excellent understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics integration.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with WordPress Multisite and REST APIs.

• Experience in integrating payment gateways and e-commerce solutions.

• Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.

• Understanding of UX/UI principles.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
