We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Executive to join our team at Adhyyan Books . The ideal
candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by selling our service
packages and onboarding authors for book writing and publishing. This role
requires a blend of strong communication, persuasive skills, and a passion for
the publishing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Actively identify, prospect, and reach out to potential
authors and clients.
Promote and sell publishing service packages tailored to
authors' needs, including book writing, editing, design, and marketing
solutions.
Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales
targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with authors,
ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Address client queries and concerns promptly to ensure
satisfaction and trust.
Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the sales
process and beyond.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on publishing industry trends and competitors to
identify new opportunities.
Gather feedback from authors and clients to refine service
offerings.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams such as editorial, design, and
marketing to ensure a smooth transition for onboarded authors.
Provide insights and inputs to improve service offerings based
on client feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience of min. 1 year in sales or business
development, preferably in publishing, media, or a related industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping authors
achieve their dreams.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented
environment.
