  • Sales Generation:

    • Identify new sales opportunities and clients within the assigned territory.
    • Conduct direct sales to retail stores, distributors, and individual customers.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Market Research and Analysis:

    • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Promotional Activities:

    • Coordinate and participate in trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
    • Implement in-store promotional activities to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Sales Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
    • Submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager and provide updates on progress toward sales goals.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
