The ideal candidate will have experience in selling financial productssuch as business loans and personal loans, along with a strong understanding of credit processes and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development: o Identify, prospect, and acquire customersfor businessloans and personal loans. o Develop and maintain a robustsales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets. 2. Client Relationship Management: o Understand clientrequirements and provide tailored loan solutions. o Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. 3. Market Research & Lead Generation: o Conduct market analysisto identify new business opportunities. o Generate leadsthrough cold calling, networking, and partnerships. 4. Loan Application Assistance: o Guide customersthrough the loan application process. o Ensure accurate and complete documentation for loan processing. 5. Collaboration with Teams: o Work closely with the credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loans. o Provide feedback to improve the lending process and customer experience. 6. Compliance & Reporting: o Adhere to company policies, regulatory norms, and ethical standards. o Maintain accurate records ofsales activities and customer interactions. Key Skills & Competencies:  Proven experience in sales of businessloans/personal loans.  Strong understanding of loan products and financial terminologies.  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.  Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving goals.  Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.  Knowledge of credit evaluation and loan documentation.
