Job Summary: ​ AGRA CHAIN PVT LTD is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize all aspects of our online marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for driving web traffic, improving conversion rates, managing SEO/SEM, and overseeing the performance of all digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience across various digital marketing channels, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate creativity in engaging and expanding our target audience. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, database marketing, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence across all platforms. Performance Measurement & Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyzing results against established KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and ROI (Return on Investment). Identify trends and insights and optimize marketing spend and performance based on data-driven insights. Strategic Growth & Optimization: Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing to drive engagement and conversions. Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests for optimization. Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages and improve the user experience. Customer Experience & Funnel Optimization: Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints. Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points within the user journey and work towards optimizing user funnels for better performance. Collaboration & Vendor Management: Collaborate with external agencies and vendor partners to implement marketing strategies effectively. Evaluate emerging technologies, providing leadership and insights on their potential adoption for business growth. Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership and perspective for adopting new tools, technologies, or strategies that could enhance digital marketing efforts. Qualifications/Skills: Relationship Management: Ability to create and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and collaboration. Creative and Analytical Mindset: Highly creative with a proven ability to identify target audiences and devise compelling digital campaigns that drive engagement, inform, and motivate action. Strong analytical ability to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed. Technical Skills: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, NetInsight, Omniture, and WebTrends. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their constraints in relation to digital marketing. Proficient in ad serving tools and PPC campaign setup, management, and optimization. Education & Experience Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO/SEM, marketing databases, social media, email campaigns, and/or display advertising campaigns. Demonstrable success in optimizing landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates. Experience in managing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests for optimization. Extensive experience in PPC campaign management on major search engines (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
