HIRING FOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Location - Mumbai, Andheri

CTC - Upto 3.6 LPA

Key Responsiblities:

1. Receipt Management:

* Record verify, and scrutinize receipt collections in Oracle NetSuite.

* Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all receipts.

* Address discrepancies in collections and provide resolutions.

2. Data Clearing:

* Process and clear historical financial data in Oracle NetSuite.

* Maintain accuracy while managing and updating large volumes of financial information.

* Ensure compliance with organizationa: policies and standards during data entry.

3. Vendor Payments Backup:

* Provide support for vendor payment processes, including invoice verification and payment scheduling.

Alfas a backup to ensure smooth execution of vendor payments during high-volume periods or team absences.

Qualifications

* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or specialization in Banking &

Hnance.

* Proven experience in financial data entry or a similar role.

* Strong knowledge of Tally, Advanced Excel, and invoice processing-

* Ability to handle high volumes of cata with attention to detail and accuracy.

* Familiarity with vendor payment workflows and processes.

Skills

* Strong organizational and time-management skits.

* Effective communication and team collaboration.

* Knowledge of TDS payments is a plus.
