Marketing & Sales:

1. Taking overall responsibility for center sales targets
2.  Achieving conversion and admissions targets 
3. Managing team of counselors & executives 
4. Planning and executing local level marketing activities
5.  Ensuring installments collection is on time 
6. Timely reporting to Area Manager
   

1. Taking overall responsibility for center operations targets 
2. Managing team of academic co-ordinator / executive 
3. Achieving strong customer word of mouth
4.  Interacting with and motivating faculties. 
5. Interacting with students and parents. 
6. Solving Operational Problems as and when they arise.
