Marketing Leadership and the SPOC at the Zonal level. Manage ATL, BTL activities, event management etc., Translate Brand positioning, personality, imagery & values into local language/ culture/tradition (Adaptation &
Innovation at local level inconsideration with geographical, cultural & diversity
related factors) Implement Brand initiatives. Contribute marketing perspectives & thinking at the Zonal level towards building &
executingholistic business plans & activities for the regions. Manage Marketing MIS/Insights at the Zonal level Custodian of Brand guidelines. Oversee execution and follow through completion and track outcome & metric. Lead development of Branch specific and customer-segment specific BTL Plans. Implementation of HO Marketing programs with regular reports to HO and Zone ZM. Lead for Zonal Level Marketing, & Internal Communications program and
advisingRMMs/CMs/RMs in driving & implementation on the same. Identifying, empaneling and managing marketing services agencies at Zonal/Regional
level Being the voice for the Zone to Regional Marketing and the voice of HO Marketing to the
Zone. Define, drive and follow a process for collecting & sharing market information,
includingcompetitive information. Tracking & Reporting ZO level metrics & insights for development of marketing
initiatives. Essential Attributes
Excellent knowledge of Marketing, Consumer buying behavior & In-branch/ Store
promotions. Strong competence in BTL advertising marketing as well deep knowledge of BTL
advertisingsuppliers. Strong capabilities in coordinating and negotiating with the BTL Marketing supplier’s
chain IS AMUST. Should possess a dynamic and professional approach with extensive operational
experience
