Job Description:

What You’ll Do:

Campus Operations & Team Leadership:

  • Oversee daily campus operations, ensuring efficiency across all departments, including sales, placements, faculty management, and administration.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve business objectives.
  • Implement operational improvements and process efficiencies, leveraging automation where possible.

Business Development & Revenue Growth:

  • Strategize and execute initiatives to drive enrollment and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance campus visibility and enrollment opportunities.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through innovative marketing and sales strategies.

Student Success & Placements:

  • Manage the entire student journey, from onboarding to successful placements, ensuring a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and retention rate.
  • Establish and maintain strong industry connections to secure placement opportunities.
  • Address and resolve student grievances and escalations effectively.

Faculty & Program Oversight:

  • Recruit, train, and manage faculty to uphold academic quality and consistency.
  • Oversee academic scheduling, program delivery, and cost management.

Event Management & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Plan and execute key events such as orientations, convocations, and industry panels.
  • Represent the Delhi Campus in external forums and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Strategic Alignment & Reporting:

  • Align campus objectives with IIDE’s organizational goals and report progress to the central leadership team.
  • Ensure all activities align with budgetary and strategic priorities.

Additional Duties:

  • Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.
