Role Description
A Telecaller in an NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting various financial products like loans, credit cards, or investment schemes, explaining their features and benefits, qualifying leads, and ultimately converting them into paying customers by addressing their financial needs and concerns, all while maintaining a strong understanding of the company's policies and guidelines.
Key responsibilities of a Telecaller:
• Lead generation:
Actively reach out to potential customers through cold calling, utilizing provided lead lists to generate interest in the company's financial products.
• Product explanation:
Clearly articulate the details of various NBFC products like personal loans, business loans, credit cards, fixed deposits, etc., explaining features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms.
• Customer qualification:
Assess customer needs and financial profile to determine their suitability for specific products and identify potential leads.
• Sales conversion:
Persuade potential customers to apply for desired financial products by addressing their concerns and highlighting the benefits of choosing the NBFC.
• Customer follow-up:
Regularly contact leads and prospects to nurture relationships, answer queries, and guide them through the application process.
• Data management:
Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system, logging call details, and updating lead status.
• Compliance adherence:
Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies regarding customer communication and data privacy.
