Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Product Tests / Lab tests and Assessments.
- Testing and assessing products, usually in an industrial, warehouse, or outlet setting.
- Identify Product Defects, Record, and Report Issues.
- Support Process Improvements.
- Monitors the quality aspects of incoming raw materials to the organization and the products that are
ready to be dispatched at the outlet level.
- Ensure that manufactured products meet the specified quality standards set by the organization
before being sent to customers.
- Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw
materials
- Take a thorough look at the plans, specifications, and blueprints to understand the product
requirements
- Reject all the incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to
the concerned department at the earliest

Resolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines
- Providing training to the quality assurance team
- Design an efficient design protocol that can be used across all domain
- Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance
records
- Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards
are met
- Guide the production & operation team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality
of the product
The job profile shall not be restricted to the above line items. It may include any other ancillary work that
the company would want you to carry on for the successful growth of the company.
Preferred Skills:
- The candidate should be willing to visit outlets and travel across India as necessary.
- Must have a bike to visit outlets in Ahmedabad.
- Should have experience working in well-known brands' restaurants, cafes, or central kitchens.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, along with a relevant degree in Food Safety/food
technology / B.Tech, or M.Tech.
- Experience in handling audits is essential.
