Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  Manage the execution of skill development programs under HSDM, PMKVY, DDUGKY, PM Vishwakarma, and other government skill development schemes. 

 Coordinate with trainers, trainees, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations of training centers. 

 Ensure compliance with guidelines and processes set by government bodies for skill development initiatives. 

 Assist in maintaining accurate records of trainees, training progress, and certifications. 

 Monitor daily activities at training centers to ensure adherence to the program schedule and quality standards.

  Provide regular reports on program performance, progress, and outcomes to senior management. 

 Handle documentation related to government schemes, including the submission of reports, certifications, and claims. 

 Support the planning and execution of workshops, awareness programs, and community engagement activities. 

 Assist in troubleshooting operational issues, addressing queries from trainees and stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution. 

 Collaborate with the HR and training departments to recruit, train, and manage staff involved in the training programs. 

 Build and maintain positive relationships with government agencies, industry partners, and training institutions.

  Ensure proper coordination between various teams for the timely delivery of services under different skill development programs. 

Skills and Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferably in Management, Business Administration, or a related field).

  Prior experience in operations or project management, preferably in skill development, training, or government schemes.

  Knowledge of skill development schemes such as HSDM, PMKVY, DDUGKY, PM Vishwakarma, etc. 

 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 

 Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  Willingness to learn and stay updated with new skill development initiatives and government policies. 

Preferred: 

 Experience working with government skill development programs and understanding of their guidelines. 

 Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation processes for training programs
