Key Responsibilities
 Responsible for Identification, on-boarding & managing of strategic partnerships with NBFCs & Fintechs through Colending / BC.
 Drive partnerships to achieve MOM business targets, AUM growth, revenue, manage portfolio performance and own
the complete P&L
 Maintain daily MIS of business, collections & any other data pertaining to partner or internal work.
 Work internally with Stakeholders (Risk, IT, Ops, Finance, Legal, Compliance & collection) for setting up the
Operational Processes / SOP & drive the day to day operations.
Setup Partner governance mechanisms for periodic reviews, policy changes, scope expansion
