Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Manager - HR. The Manager - HR will be
responsible for managing the HR function, including developing HR policies and procedures,
employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management, training and
development, and compensation and benefits administration. The Manager - HR will also be
responsible for maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and
regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Experience with recruitment and selection, performance management, training and
development, and compensation and benefits administration
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Experience in the Solar or construction industry is a plus.
