Job Description:

E-commerce Platform Management: Location: Indira Colony, Tri Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi, 110035 Experience: 2+ years Industry: E-commerce & FMCG Oversee day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc. Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and up-to-date with the latest product information, images, and descriptions. Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and discounts in line with brand guidelines and seasonal trends. Monitor product stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability. Sales & Performance Tracking: Track and analyze sales performance across e-commerce platforms. Report on key metrics such as conversion rates, sales, and ROI on digital marketing campaigns. Work closely with the marketing team to implement strategies to increase traffic and sales. Content Management & Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to ensure high-quality product images, videos, and descriptions are in place. Optimize product listings for SEO and work on improving visibility on search engines and marketplaces. Assist in the execution of online marketing campaigns including social media ads, email marketing, and influencer partnerships. Customer Engagement & Service: Monitor customer feedback and reviews on e-commerce platforms. Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure positive customer experiences. Implement customer engagement strategies to build brand loyalty. Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance, competitor analysis, and market trends. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data to improve sales and customer engagement. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce strategies. Assist in developing promotional strategies in line with offline retail campaigns. Skills & Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or FMCG brand management
