Roles & Responsibilities :
- Person should have FMCG foods background having minimum 08 years- experience in sales, business development, operations, relationship building, strategic planning, channel management and team management
- Experience of handling all channel (GT/MT/Key Accounts)
- Handling distributors, Appointment of Super Stockiest & CSA
Team handling skill, Person should have exposure in handling large team size
- Develops sales strategies for his Area in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager & Drives key initiatives in the region through his team of Front line field staff
- Responsible for monitoring the field staff activities
- Monitors and reports on competition activity
Required Candidate profile
- Education: Graduate + MBA / PGDM (Sales & marketing) from any Reputed college/university
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills,Strong leadership skills
- Pleasant personality and willing to meet people
- Should be a go getter and have problem solving attitude
- Confident in handling Premium Food Products/Snacks Food, positive mind set
