We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the manufacturing and marketing of Aluminum Composite Panels (ACPs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on technical, operational, and marketing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

             Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals in the ACP manufacturing and marketing sectors.

             Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

             Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

             Collaborate with department managers to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles.

             Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and industry contacts to attract qualified candidates.

             Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and potential.

             Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and reports.

             Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

             Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions affecting the manufacturing and marketing sectors of ACPs.

             Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an attractive employer in the industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

             Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

             Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.

             Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific roles.

             Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

             Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and MS Office Suite.

             Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.

             Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.

             Proven track record of sourcing technical and specialized roles.

Preferred:

             Experience working with Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) manufacturing and marketing
