SEM Manager Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SEM Manager to join our team. The SEM Manager will be
responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing
performance data, and optimizing campaigns to drive growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including
search, social, email, and display advertising
● Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and
growth
● Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs, including ROAS, CPA, and
conversion rates
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development,
to execute campaigns that align with overall marketing goals
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to
optimize campaign performance
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
● 4 years of experience in digital marketing or related field
● Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns
● Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills
● Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
● Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus

● Strong effective communicator. Powerful written and verbal skills in English and Hindi
● Highly developed, and demonstrated teamwork skills with strong attention to detail

● Experienced in using bid-management tools (e.g Search Ads 360, Outbrain, Clickable,
Kenshooetc)
