Job Description: MIS Executive
Position: MIS Executive Location: New Delhi Company: Ganga Roller Flour Mills Industry: FMCG Experience: 3 to 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
 Data Management: Collect, organize, and manage data from various departments such as sales, inventory, and production, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
 Advanced Reporting: Develop and deliver detailed MIS reports using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, etc.) to provide insights to management on key performance metrics.
 Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain dynamic dashboards in Power BI for real-time tracking of sales, inventory levels, and production performance.
 Data Analysis: Use advanced data analysis techniques, leveraging Python and Java to manipulate large datasets and extract actionable insights for forecasting, process improvement, and strategic planning.
 Automation: Develop scripts in Python and Java to automate routine data processing tasks, improving efficiency and reducing manual work.
 System Management: Ensure smooth data flow between systems, update ERP systems as needed, and maintain a seamless connection between various data sources.
 Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, production, and supply chain teams to gather accurate data, assist with forecasting, and provide timely reports.
 Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend solutions for optimizing reporting, data collection, and analysis workflows.
Qualifications:
 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
 Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in an MIS role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
 Technical Skills:
o Advanced Excel: Proficiency in functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and conditional formatting.
o Power BI: Expertise in creating interactive reports and dashboards.
o Programming: Hands-on experience with Python and Java for data processing and automation.
o MIS Systems: Experience in maintaining and optimizing MIS and ERP systems.
 Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data sets and generate insightful reports.
 Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to liaise effectively with different departments.
