 ROLE: BILLING EXECUTIVE 

QUALIFICATION: B.COM/M.COM/RELATED FIELD 

EXPERIENCE: BILLING EXPERIENCE 2-3 YEARS, 

Expertise in Tally & Excel KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. BILLING – Preparing Daily Invoice & E-way bill generation on Govt. portal, send the documents on timely basis to the party. 2. Preparing Daily dispatch memo and issue CN/DN to parties 3. CRM - Order import & prints from CRM to Tally, also entering dispatch details entry in CRM. 4. CO-ORDINATION - Communicate and coordinate daily dispatches with transporters & Invoice verification 5. INTRNAL TRANSFER
