Job Title: Sales Executive – Event Client Handling (Domestic & International Calling)

Location: Indore

Department: Sales & Marketing

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 (In-hand) + Incentives

Reports to: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on handling both domestic and international clients for event-related services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building lasting business relationships, and converting prospects into long-term partners. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a hunger for results, this is your opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new domestic and international sales opportunities for event-based services.

Communicate professionally and confidently with clients via phone and email.

Understand client requirements and propose tailored event solutions.

Follow up on leads and maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to confirmed business.

Coordinate with internal departments (event operations, marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

 

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in events or B2C services.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proven experience in domestic and international calling and client handling.

Strong interpersonal skills with a confident, persuasive communication style.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in international event sales or B2B event services.

Understanding of global event markets and client expectations.

Multilingual abilities are a plus.
