Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Service CRM Executive to manage
customer interactions, service follow-ups, and complaint resolution for our electric vehicle
customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in CRM systems and excellent
communication skills to ensure a positive post-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
 Manage customer service queries, complaints, and feedback through calls, emails, and
CRM tools.
 Track and follow up on service requests, vehicle issues, and warranty claims.
 Coordinate with service centers, dealers, and internal service teams for timely
resolution.
 Maintain accurate service records and update CRM databases regularly.
 Generate daily/weekly reports on customer issues and service performance.
 Analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities.
 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely communication.
 Support service campaigns, recalls, or product updates as needed.
Requirements:
 1–2 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or service coordination (EV or
automotive industry preferred).
 Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with technical/service exposure.
 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
 Experience with CRM software or service ticketing systems is a plus.
 Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English) and a customer-first approach.
 Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
